Monday has finally arrived and I guess its about time for me to put away those thoughts of the weekend and get back to work. I have been thinking an awful lot about how I want to put together my first big paper for english 110. We have covered a lot of material about weblogs and i have a great deal of material to work with. Im leaning more towords writing about how weblogs could be a valuable teaching aid. I really want to cover how weblogs can further thinking, how they clarify the material being read in class and finally how they "foster collaberation". While ive only began to think about this i think my outline will be something like this......

I. Attention grabbing intro.

II. Discuss the different forms of weblogging.

III. Blogging is usefull because it helps students to better   understand the material being coverd in class.

IV. Blogging is usefull because it furthers an individuals brainstorming.

V. Blogging is usefull becuase it promotes collaboration within the groups.

VI. Final summery of my thoughts on webloggs and concluding thoughts.

Once again I enjoyed reading through the writings of Katz and Grohol. They each had some interesting perspectives and Katz especially had a nice use of terms.

     Durring our in class discussion the other day even though many people were not too talkative I think the majority of them feel the same way I do and like the idea of the weblogs. It is really a nice change form the traditional methods of journaling.
